A new image can be created in ImagXpress® as follows:

1. Set ProcessImageID property to the buffer you wish to populate (target buffer).
2. Call CreateDIB method to create a new DIB and store it in the target buffer.  
3. The new image can now be modified or saved. To display the image, set ViewImageID property to the target image buffer (ProcessImageID).
